Linda Kennedy, Paralegal

Linda Kennedy is a paralegal with over 30 years of extensive legal experience. Her career began in Barrow, Alaska, as Clerk of Court and Acting Magistrate. After returning to Minnesota, she specialized in civil litigation, focusing on personal injury and plaintiff-based matters.

Linda joined Abt Law Office in 2001 as a civil litigation paralegal. In addition to personal injury law, she pursues collection actions for a large financial institution. Linda's responsibilities include routine client contact and support, drafting and filing court documents and assisting in trial preparation.

In her free time, Linda enjoys reading, weaving rugs, Harley rides with her husband and spending time with family-including 14 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
